State Should Stay Out of Mother-Son Tattoo Decision
COMMENTARY | According to a post at ABC News, a mother in Georgia was recently arrested for allowing her 10-year-old son to get a memorial tattoo on his right arm, in honor of his older brother who had passed away. Apparently, Georgia law prohibits children under 18 from getting a tattoo, except by a physician or osteopath. The mother reportedly was unaware of this law.
