Preventable death and the pH miracle diet

When you think of the top death causes in the USA, using drugs or alcohol comes to mind. Well the Center of Disease Control and Prevention surprised us all when it told us that poor exercising and dieting took the number 2 spot in front of smoking but is on the way to beat it soon.

Do you know how many people die every year in the U.S. because people don’t eat right or exercise enough? 400 000! That’s almost 17% of all deaths each year. It’s ironic because for the last 30 years more interests grow for exercises and diets. Would you be surprised to hear that most adults on diets are woman? Unfortunately, our nation is getting bigger and larger, and it’s even worst because our children are now following in our footsteps.

The problem with many dieters today is that they are still fat and unhealthy because they are led to believe that they will lose weight because they use a diet. The reason is because many of these new eating habits recipes are missing key ingredients. Diets don’t take into account the body’s pH and they should.

Two major diets keep failing: the I replace the sugar I eat for fat. Also, you can eat dairy products, acidifying veggies and processed foods which is not recommended. The other diet is the low-carbohydrate one mainly because you eat too much meat and dairy. These two together screws your pH in your body.

The inventor of the pH diet, Dr. Robert Young, says that in order for a diet to be successful, it’s got to take into account the pH. Our body is alkaline because 7.4 is the number of our body’s pH. For balance our body needs peace and alkaline foods which will cause our body to get rid of unwanted conditions and acid. Acid waste is created in three ways: when you eat products that produces acid, when you don’t exercise or if you get really stressed.

So how do you bring the pH back in your body to normal levels and feel better again? Follow the pH miracle diet. But, you need to follow these guidelines to achieve your goal. You have to cut fruits with lots of sugar levels and drinks as well. As you can imagine alcohol, coffee and tea will also screw up your pH. What’s the best thing to drink for alkalization? Ionized water. The foods now… Pasta, potatoes, bread unfortunately transforms themselves into sugar, which will cause that dreaded acid waste in your body. Also add to the list animal proteins for example beef, chicken etc. Dairy products turns into lactic acid because of its high concentration of sugar, which means you know it… acidic waste!

Be aware that if you don’t exercise enough, acids will build up in your body it’s as simple as that. It’s those acids that cause the fat.

There is one simple solution to cure this disease and acid problems, follow these steps. The key is to not eat processed foods while on your diet. One of the best key ingredients to rebalance your body is green foods because they have a lot of minerals and vitamins. To drink you should incorporate pH alkaline water. Finally, exercise! Move, move and move will help remove these unwanted acids in your body.
