Tips for cooking on the pH Miracle diet

Taking on the pH miracle diet will not only mean changing the way you live but the way you cook and eat. For some people, the change will be pretty easy, but some will enter a new life style of vegetables and vegetarian protein food.

You will notice that there are plenty of recipes available on alkalizing in the book or online. That way you’ll never be running out of ideas. But you should be comfortable soon enough. I warn you that the recipes will seem weird at first.

It can be hard at first for newcomers because they don’t know what to start with. It’s understandable since they are used eating acidic foods most of the time. You can eat that category of food once in a while, but you’ll soon discover exciting new recipes.

Basically all you really need to do is find recipes you can make really well and I’ll be good to go. When you think about it, most people have favorite recipes and we keep returning to them. But try them all, you never know and won’t get tired of eating from the book. You’ll soon find new favorite recipes.

The best thing is to look at your favorite list of foods that you love to eat and start cooking. Ideally you’ll find other recipes. You’ll like that way of eating better and it won’t be as drastic to change for you or your family.

We suggest that for your first recipe you try an alkalizing broth. You can find many different broths, but essentially they are made of alkalizing veggies and distilled water. Broths contain a lot of minerals that will help restore the pH in your body. The pH will clean your internal organ and tissues. You can use this broth to make any soups and it can be served as an ‘entrée’ before meals.

PH miracle diet user relies on many juices to help purify their body and eliminate extra acid. You can find a lot of different juice recipes that will add to your new way of eating. Those juices can be use as a snack, ‘entrées’ before meals or even breakfast. For those who do not have a fancy juicer, most of them can be made in a simple blender.

If you are worried because you have kids at home, finding recipes that your kids will enjoy, is easy. Many books stores will have children vegetarian cookbook. To adjust some recipes for alkaline, you will only have to substitute some veggies. If you look at the list of alkaline fruits you will find tasty strawberries, apples and raspberries. Another good alkaline food are sweet potatoes, that is easily introduced to kids will become a winter favorite food. As for summer, fresh vegetables cut up like carrots and celeries with a nice homemade dip made with mayonnaise and lemon juice or even hummus dips.

Making alkaline meals will became part of your routine once you have all the factors and how too.
